Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation is a faith based institution
The Chaplain is the spiritual father of the institution and below are his duties.


-Pastoral Care to the whole institution and to people of all faith in the campus.

-Conducting worship service (from Monday to Friday) or other specials (e.g. events which mark occasions of joy or tragedy in the life of the institution and its members). Within all that, there may be a variety of theological, ecclesiological and liturgical understandings.

-Advising the institution on spiritual matters.

-Offering a prophetic witness within the institution, encouraging and gently and responsibly challenging it.

-Encouraging Christians and others in their own faith journey.

-Commending Christ.

-Being part of the educational work of the institution, which may include, for example, organizing public lectures and contributing to courses.

-Developing ecumenism with other faith.

-Imaginatively envisaging how chaplaincy might develop in the institution context.

-Caring for all members and their families.

-Providing religious ministry and support to those of your own faith.

-Facilitating the religious requirements of those from all faiths.

-Counseling individuals or groups who seek guidance.

-Visiting and providing spiritual guidance and care to hospitalized personnel and/or their family members.

-Promoting attendance at religious services, retreats and conferences.

-Advising management and students at all levels regarding morale, ethics and spiritual well-being.

-Praying and promoting spirituality.

-Preparing and delivering sermons or other talks.

-Responding to requests for assistance during emergencies or crises.

-Organizing and engaging in interfaith, community, civic, educational, and recreational activities sponsored by or related to their religion.

-Performing administrative duties, such as attending management meetings, conducting disciplinary meetings.

-Conducting Bible study for students and members within the institution.

-Organizing choir for the institution.

-Visiting the prison and providing food and clothing to inmates.
